The Detail Design study followed the approved environmental planning process for Group “B” projects under the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities (MTO, 2000), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act, with opportunities for input from Indigenous communities, stakeholders and the public throughout the project.
