A new Construction‑Phase project website will be launched when construction begins. Contract Administration contact information will be shared at that time. It is anticipated that the new website will provide timeline and detour information.

Notice of Public Information Centre (PIC)
The public was invited to attend a Public Information Centre (PIC) for this project as noted below. A PDF version of the full notice that was issued for this PIC is available for download at the bottom of this page.

Location: Harry Howell Arena, 27 Highway 5 West, Flamborough, ON, L0R 2H0
The PIC consisted of an informal drop-in centre with displays showing the recommended Highway 5/Highway 6 interchange and municipal road network Detail Design. MTO staff and their consultants were available to answer any questions and receive the public’s input. A copy of the displays from this PIC are available for download at the bottom of this page and on the Documents page of this project’s website.
COMMENTS
Members of the public, landowners, agencies and other interested parties were encouraged to participate actively in this project by contacting the Project Team directly with information, comments or questions. Comments and information regarding this project were being collected to assist the Project Team in meeting the requirements of the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act. All information was collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments became part of the public record.
